All room can be monitored from a centralized intuitive maintenance administrative dashboard allowing the hotel management to be aware of who is accessing which room at what time and the room status. Monitoring can also be done on in-house engineer and house keeper mobile devices.

GUEST CONTROL SYSTEMS LIMITED AUROCO™ Smart Energy Management System continuously monitor all controllers, peripherals and alarm. Turning on guestroom temperature, lighting and drape when necessary, making the hotel environment more energy efficient, reducing carbon footprint and cost.
Each room can have its own independent temperature profile and can switch off automatically when the window is opened. An intelligent key card, upon insertion into the holder will energize the room. Selected lights can be set to switch on when the guest enters the room to create a welcome environment. It turns off automatically when the guest remove the key card. In the room, the guest can take over control the lighting condition manually via the touch screen switches or smart devices.
Get automatic notifications if rooms become overheated, undercooled or exceed humidity targets. Sensors embedded in the room control system measure in-room temperature and humidity, sharing information via intuitive maintenance administrative dashboard and notifying staff instantly when there is an issue. Turn the HVAC off automatically and be informed directly via the dashboard if a guest opens the balcony door or window in their room.
