WARRANTY Condition
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Warranty, Guest Control Systems Limited International Limited undertakes, at our option, repair or replace the product at no additional charge if this product do not perform according to Guest Control Systems Limited International Limited, published specifications, except as set forth under the exclusion clause and as long it is still registered under the initial end user.
Repair parts or replacement product may be either new or reconditioned. All replaced parts and replaced product become the property of Guest Control Systems Limited. Guest Control Systems Limited reserves the right to replace a product with a compatible later model with at least equivalent performance. All faulty products must be returned to the factory at the customer’s own cost (2 ways).
Warranty Registration must be done via email to Guest Control Systems Limited within 45 days after the initial end user receives the product.
Failure to register your warranty will void the warranty claim.
EXCLUSION Clause
This warranty does not apply under the following conditions:
- Damage resulting from abuse or misuse.
- Warranty seal is found broken.
- Damages resulting from modification or replacing the product parts from other sources not authorized by Guest Control Systems Limited.
- Damages resulting attempt to repair the product.
- Product with tempered serial number or serial number not recognize by Guest Control Systems Limited
- Cosmetic damage on the product surface due to discoloration or scratches.
- Any damage caused by failure to follow operating or installation procedure provided with the product.
- Damages due to improper connection of the product to the wrong source or incompatible equipment.
- Replaceable items such as battery and connector.
- Products subject to extreme environmental conditions such as high temperature, humidity and corrosion beyond the recommended specification.
- Damages in transit.
- Any cost incurred in removing, reinstallation, shipping, warehouse and handling charges, commission, import and export charges, custom duty and taxes, and excess shipping charges incur to Guest Control Systems Limited if the customer requests express shipping of a repaired product, replacement product or repair parts.
- Force majure.
- The ownership has been transferred from the initial registered user without prior consent from Guest Control Systems Limited.
- The customer must bear two way charges for faulty goods returned for repair.
GUEST CONTROL SYSTEMS LIMITED EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE BUYER EXCEPT THE CONDITIONAL WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT PERFORM ACCORDING TO SPECIFICATIONS AS WARRANTED ABOVE, THE BUYER’S SOLE REMEDY SHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT WILL GUEST CONTROL SYSTEMS LIMITED BE LIABLE TO BUYER OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF USE OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF THE BUYER HAS ADVISED GUEST CONTROL SYSTEMS LIMITED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY LIABILITY GUEST CONTROL SYSTEMS LIMITED TO THE BUYER OR ANY OTHER PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT EXCEEDS THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
THIS CONDITIONAL WARRANTY GIVES THE BUYER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. THE BUYER MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.
GUEST COTROL SYSTEMS LIMITED RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR MODIFY THIS WARRANTY PROGRAM AS TO PRODUCTS SOLD AFTER SUCH TERMINATION OR MODIFICATION.
